The i Phase program consists of hour-long, instructor led, outdoor fitness sessions. These fresh, exciting and demanding fitness challenges will push you to the limit and produce only the best results. Throughout our program, you will see improvements in elements such as: endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, and balance, as well as your overall well-being. As The i Phase takes a holistic approach to wellness, our instructors will also provide you with nutritional guidance, motivation and help with setting and, most importantly, achieving your personal goals. Each session offers a wealth of information as well as several FREE product samples (food, beauty and fashion) to introduce new ideas to help you find what works for you.

At The i Phase, our fitness instructors are BCRPA certified and hold backgrounds in Human Kinetics, Kinesiology, and Sport Science. This ensures that we will provide you with only the safest, most effective and efficient progressive exercises. Our instructors will train the different systems in your body, by using both aerobic and anaerobic exercises, and by incorporating weight training, calisthenics, yoga and pilates into our sessions.
